Arizona authorities say 69 vehicles have been involved in at least three separate collisions on an interstate near Phoenix's downtown area.
The state's Department of Public Safety says Saturday evening that the accidents caused at least one serious injury. Parts of Interstate 10 heading west have been closed.
The accidents occurred just after a rainstorm swept through the Phoenix area late Saturday afternoon.
