Murray withdraws from ATP Tour Finals

LONDON (Reuters) - Andy Murray has withdrawn from the ATP World Tour Finals due to a groin injury, the Briton said on Tuesday.

The world number three required treatment on court during a straight-sets defeat by Spain's David Ferrer on Monday.
